Separe mercado amplo, segmento prioritário, pessoa usuária, administrador da conta, comprador, pagador e beneficiário indireto. Uma conta pode representar uma pessoa, uma empresa, uma equipe ou uma unidade operacional; descubra isso antes de sugerir telas.
Produza no máximo três personas: principal de produto, compradora quando for outra pessoa e principal de marketing quando a mensagem exigir outro recorte. Cada persona precisa ajudar a escolher produto, mensagem ou canal. Evite biografias sem uso prático.
