Ralph — removed
$ralph was removed in OMX 0.21; use $ultragoal instead.
Ralph's loop-until-done behavior is a degenerate single-goal ultragoal run. $ultragoal owns durable Codex goal handoffs, .omx/ultragoal ledger checkpoints, implementation, tests, build/lint/typecheck evidence, and resume across stories. A single-goal ultragoal run reuses the same persistence and verified-completion promise that Ralph provided.
Migration: replace $ralph with $ultragoal.

How do I install ralph?
Run npx skills add https://github.com/yeachan-heo/oh-my-codex --skill ralph in your project. The skills CLI detects the agents you use and copies the skill into the right folder. For Claude Code you can also place the skill folder at ~/.claude/skills/ralph/ (personal) or .claude/skills/ralph/ (project).

Any agent that supports the open Agent Skills format (a folder with a SKILL.md file), including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, Cline, OpenCode and more.
