pipefy-toolkit-setup

Guide a first-time user through Pipefy AI toolkit setup (Cursor Marketplace plugin, hosted MCP, local install.sh, or Claude Code plugin). Use when the user asks to install Pipefy MCP, connect Claude/Cursor to Pipefy, run /pipefy:install, or set up mcp.pipefy.com. Do not use for day-to-day Pipefy workflows after MCP is already working.

Install

Works with every agent the skills CLI supports.

npx skills add https://github.com/pipefy/ai-toolkit --skill pipefy-toolkit-setup
  1. 01

    Install

Run the command in your project. The CLI asks which agents to install for.

  2. 02

    Describe the task

Ask your agent for something this skill covers. It loads pipefy-toolkit-setup automatically when relevant.

  3. 03

    Review the result

The agent follows the SKILL.md steps, scripts and references bundled with the skill.

SKILL.md

The instructions your agent reads when the skill is triggered.

Pipefy toolkit setup (first-time onboarding)

Choose a connection path below, then read the MCP reference or CLI reference for that path. Load only the relevant reference.

Canonical install snippets live in docs/install.md. The root README has a quick-start table with the first command for each install path. This skill is the agent checklist: print or run the install-guide blocks verbatim, and do not invent alternate commands.

Edge cases: packages/mcp/README.md. Auth: docs/cli/auth.md. Env: docs/config.md.

When to use

  • “Set up Pipefy”, “install the MCP”, or “connect Claude/Cursor to Pipefy”.
  • The user mentions a client plugin, a hosted connection, or a fresh machine without toolkit access.

Do not use once tools already work — switch to a domain skill (pipes, tables, …).

Prerequisites

  • User has a Pipefy account (Admin access if they need a service account).

Steps

  1. Choose one path — ask the user; do not pick silently. Respect whether they want a hosted connection, a client plugin, a local toolkit, or CLI only.

If they only say “Claude Code”, ask: Hosted MCP (zero local Python) or the Claude Code plugin (slash commands and local CLI)? If unsure, suggest Hosted.

If they only say “Cursor”, ask: Cursor Marketplace plugin (hosted, no local Python) or Quick install (local CLI and tools that read local files)? If unsure, suggest the plugin.

    PathInstall guide sectionOutcome
Cursor Marketplace pluginCursor Marketplace pluginHosted server, browser sign-in, no local Python
    Hosted MCPHosted MCPHTTPS mcp.pipefy.com
Local toolkitQuick installLocal server and CLI, including local-file tools
Claude Code pluginClaude Code pluginMarketplace and slash install/login
CLI onlyCLIpipefy on PATH; no MCP
  2. Execute the canonical install instructions for that path. Keep client setup and local installation aligned with the user's choice.

  3. Authenticate using the selected path's login flow.

  4. Verify access with a permitted read-only organization operation (list_organizations needs no id and surfaces organization ids), or the local installation check. Check for conflicting registrations using the selected reference.

Success criteria

  • Exactly the selected connection is configured, with no conflicting registrations; CLI-only needs no server registration.
  • Authentication completed.
  • The permitted read-only operation or local installation check succeeds.

pipefy/ai-toolkit

Use this skill when a toolkit operation fails AND the introspection skill could not resolve the problem. This is the last-resort fallback (Tier 3): call the Pipefy GraphQL API directly using curl or httpx, authenticating with the Service Account (OAuth2) or a Personal Access Token (PAT) available as env var. Follow the 3-tier resolution strategy before reaching this point.

Also use when the user wants to "manage agents in Agent Registry", "list/update/delete registered agents", or "register an MCP server". Covers ADK vs A2A registration modes, programmatic and interactive usage, flag reference, auto-detection from deployment metadata, Agent Registry fleet management, and troubleshooting. Part of the agents-cli skills suite. Do NOT use for deployment (use google-agents-cli-deploy).

Covers eval metrics, dataset schema, LLM-as-judge scoring, and common failure causes. Applies to any agents-cli project, whatever framework the agent is written in. Do NOT use for agent API code patterns (ADK: use google-agents-cli-adk-code), deployment (use google-agents-cli-deploy), or project scaffolding (use google-agents-cli-scaffold).

codex-pet

prime-skills/runcomfy-agent-skills

Codex Pet generator on RunComfy. Build a Codex-compatible Codex Pet spritesheet.webp + pet.json from a single reference image, drop it into ${CODEXHOME:-$HOME/.codex}/pets/ / and Codex picks it up as a custom Codex Pet next to the 8 built-ins. This skill produces the exact Codex Pet atlas Codex expects (1536x1872 PNG/WebP, 8 cols x 9 rows, 192x208 cells, 9 animation states — idle, running-right, running-left, waving, jumping, failed, waiting, running, review). Calls OpenAI GPT Image 2 edit ONCE via the local RunComfy CLI as runcomfy run openai/gpt-image-2/edit to produce a canonical Codex Pet pose, then assembles all 9 animation rows programmatically with ImageMagick micro-transforms — no Codex Pro, no $imagegen, no OPENAIAPIKEY required, only RUNCOMFYTOKEN. Triggers on "codex pet", "create codex pet", "make codex pet", "hatch codex pet", "/hatch image", "desktop pet codex", "codex pets", "spritesheet.webp", or any explicit ask to build a custom pet for OpenAI Codex.
