When uv sync or pip install behaves unexpectedly, check the actual interpreter.
Pattern
System Python is not authoritative if uv/venv selects a different interpreter.

How do I install environment-triage?
Run npx skills add https://github.com/parcadei/continuous-claude-v3 --skill environment-triage in your project. The skills CLI detects the agents you use and copies the skill into the right folder. For Claude Code you can also place the skill folder at ~/.claude/skills/environment-triage/ (personal) or .claude/skills/environment-triage/ (project).
