- Prefer the
ctx_searchMCP tool when it is available. - Batch all related questions in one
queriesarray. - Scope with
sourcewhen the user names a project or indexed label. - Use short, specific queries of two to four technical terms.

How do I install ctx-search?
Run npx skills add https://github.com/mksglu/context-mode --skill ctx-search in your project. The skills CLI detects the agents you use and copies the skill into the right folder. For Claude Code you can also place the skill folder at ~/.claude/skills/ctx-search/ (personal) or .claude/skills/ctx-search/ (project).
