按以下结构组织交接文档：
- 背景与目标 — 一句话概述当前任务
- 已完成工作 — 带路径/URL 引用
- 当前状态 — 进展到哪一步、卡在哪里
- 待办事项 — 下一个 agent 需要做什么
- 推荐技能 — 建议调用的 skill 列表
- 关键上下文 — 环境、分支、配置等必要信息
规则
- 不要重复已存在于其他产物（规格文档、计划、ADR、issue、commit、diff）中的内容，改为通过路径或 URL 引用。
- 脱敏处理：删除 API key、密码、个人身份信息等敏感内容。
- 如果用户传入了参数，将其视为下一次会话的重点方向，据此调整文档内容。
- 如果当前对话极短（少于 3 轮实质交流），直接告知用户无需生成交接文档，除非用户坚持。

What does the handoff skill do?

How do I install handoff?
Run npx skills add https://github.com/feiskyer/claude-code-settings --skill handoff in your project. The skills CLI detects the agents you use and copies the skill into the right folder. For Claude Code you can also place the skill folder at ~/.claude/skills/handoff/ (personal) or .claude/skills/handoff/ (project).
Which AI agents can use handoff?
Any agent that supports the open Agent Skills format (a folder with a SKILL.md file), including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, Cline, OpenCode and more.
Is handoff safe to install?
No partner security audit is available yet. Skills can run commands and scripts, so read the SKILL.md and any bundled files before installing.
