MCP智能Agent

这是一个基于MCP协议实现的智能Agent，能够根据用户的问题来匹配和调用合适的MCP工具。

功能特点

  • 使用本地Ollama大模型进行工具选择
  • 支持多个MCP服务器的工具调用
  • 智能参数生成
  • 异步处理请求

安装要求

  1. Python 3.7+
  2. 本地运行的Ollama服务
  3. 可用的MCP服务器

安装步骤

  1. 安装依赖：
pip install -r requirements.txt
  1. 配置环境变量（可选）： 创建.env文件并设置以下变量：
OLLAMA_API_URL=http://localhost:11434
OLLAMA_MODEL=llama2

使用方法

  1. 确保所有MCP服务器都在运行
  2. 运行主程序：
python -m src.main
  1. 输入问题，系统会自动选择合适的工具进行处理

    • agent.py: Agent核心实现
    • config.py: 配置文件
    • llm_client.py: Ollama客户端
    • mcp_client.py: MCP客户端
